First, the group prioritizes environmental responsibility by adopting eco-friendly practices and promoting circularity in production and packaging, with ambitious targets to achieve carbon neutrality by 2030 and zero waste to landfill by 2027. Second, RRG drives social inclusion by empowering communities and creating local employment; specifically, through Mandu Gourmet, the group plans to integrate over 10,000 smallholder farmers into its supply chain and create 150 direct jobs by 2027, having already established contracts with 115 farmers to date. Finally, the group champions digital inclusion and innovation, utilizing advanced agri-tech and blockchain systems to ensure equitable access to digital tools and guarantee 100% farm-to-fork traceability by 2027.
